Clear rules of the game

1. General

GrowlyLab is a local-business visibility audit tool and a tech growth agency. Through the website we provide a visibility audit and reports, and under a separate agreement, agency services (SEO, websites, content, software and more).

These Terms apply to all users of the service. If you do not agree with the Terms, you may not use the service.

2. Account

Some features require you to create an account by registering with an email address. You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity carried out through it. You may not:

• share your account access with other people;
• create multiple accounts to bypass usage limits;
• use automated tools or bots to access the service.

3. Services and plans

GrowlyLab provides a free visibility audit, a more detailed one-time report and monthly visibility monitoring; agency services are provided under a separate contract.

All prices are shown on the Pricing page, in euros (EUR) and are final. The Provider reserves the right to change prices; existing subscribers are notified in advance. Some paid features are activated as the corresponding part of the product launches.

4. Ordering

Ordering a paid plan follows these steps:

• Log in to your GrowlyLab account or create a new one.
• Choose the plan you want on the Pricing page.
• Review the order details: the plan, price and billing frequency.
• Confirm that you agree with the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
• Pay via the payment processor; once payment succeeds, the plan is activated automatically.

5. Payments

Payments are made in euros (EUR) and processed through a third-party payment processor; the exact processor is shown at checkout. Subscription terms (validity and renewal) are presented before payment. When the paid period ends, the account returns to the free plan.

6. Service activation

GrowlyLab is a digital service. Once payment succeeds, the plan is activated automatically and immediately. There is no physical delivery. The services are provided online.

7. Withdrawal and refunds

If you are a consumer (a natural person), a 14-day right of withdrawal may apply. For digital services that begin immediately with your express consent, this right may no longer apply. For refunds, contact us at sales@growlylab.com. We will assess each case fairly.

8. Content and data use

You keep all rights to your business information and the content you submit. GrowlyLab analyses publicly available data to prepare the report and claims no ownership of your content.

By using the service, you agree not to use it to create illegal or harmful content, to infringe intellectual property rights, to distribute spam, or to violate the rights of others.

9. Service limitations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service for a breach of the Terms, and to modify or discontinue any part of the service.

10. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties that it will be uninterrupted or error-free or that it will meet all your needs. Audit results are informational and do not guarantee any specific business outcome. Our maximum liability does not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.

11. Intellectual property

GrowlyLab, including the website, the audit engine, the brand and the software, is the intellectual property of the Provider. Copying, modifying or distributing any part of the service without written consent is prohibited.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may change these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Continued use after the changes means you accept the new Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
